Eudaimon, Earth Citizens’ Projects (Eudaimon-ECP) is a French NGO law 1901 non-profit founded in 2018, aiming at spreading awareness and sustainable alternatives to take part in the construction of a transformed, more resilient and fair world.

We are a community of Inform’actors and Changemakers taking part in the global movement for an ecological and social shift of our global society.

We refuse to resign in front of the big challenges our generations faces without doing anything, and believe in the power of humans oriented to their community, working on resilient systems and toward restoring ecosystems.

Eudaimon-ECP is based on an innovative and collaborative governance system called Holacracy. It's a social technology that merges decentralized management with organizational governance, empowering members throught self-organizing teams with distributed authority and decision-making, instead of relying on a traditional management.
